Dr. Luiz Bolfer

Dr. Bolfer is an experienced and passionate veterinarian committed to improving animals’ lives and their quality of life through a collaborative and specialized approach while maintaining excellent communication with patients, colleagues, and other medical professionals. He is highly accomplished in his field with many years of experience in internal medicine, cardiology, and emergency medicine in both private practice and academic settings and has provided leadership in multiple areas of practice including academia, clinical services, research, and education. Dr. Bolfer is also passionate about aviation and as a Pilot he volunteers his time flying airplanes to rescue animals and removing them from kill shelters and transporting them to Rescue Organizations.

Dr. Mustafa Saleh

Veterinarian

Dr. Saleh is an international veterinarian practitioner for over 45 years; That has been dreaming to connect, promote, appreciate the bond between humans, animals, plants, and the universe. He believes that we are all created by the same creator and that one day we all will fall in love with ourselves as one heart and soul. Through the years, Dr. Saleh has earned a BVSc (Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine), MS (Master in Science), MPH (Masters in Public Health), DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine), and has traveled the world and volunteered to helped undeveloped countries with medical assistance for humans and animals. 

Dr. Saleh started his career in Egypt, then went on to Saudi Arabia, Scotland, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Philippines, Ecuador, and was also a part of the U.S Army. He was a Professor at Nova University medical school and a researcher in Plum Island, New York. In addition to all his knowledge and experience, he also began writing and enjoys telling stories about his experiences worldwide. Currently he has published “The New World Order, China”, “The Illustrated Manual for the Recognition and Eradication of Foreign Animal Diseases” and is now working on his next books……. Randy Dominguez, DVM

Veterinarian with Interest in Orthopedics, Laparoscopic and Endoscopic Procedures

Dr. Randy Dominguez earned his degree as a Doctor in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from the University of Las Villas Martha Abreu, Villa Clara, Cuba in 1997. He passed the board and obtained his license in 2007, and he founded Animal Care and Surgical Hospital in February 14th, 2011. He also achieved Certification for Universal Hip on Oct 7, 2019.

Since 2008, Orthopedic and Minimally Invasive Arthroscopy Surgery has developed into his passion and primary professional activity as well as Spine and Soft tissue Surgery, he’s currently one of the few doing Minimally Invasive Laparoscopic and Thoracoscopic procedures. Dr. Dominguez has completed over 1000 hours of course-work alone in Orthopedics, Soft Tissue, Spine and Minimally Invasive Procedures as well as Flexible and Rigid Endoscopy. Dr. Dominguez has performed thousands of procedures, great part of them referred from colleges and also providing Mobile Orthopedic, Soft tissue and Spine surgery to another Veterinary Clinics.

He is active member of the Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), Florida Veterinary Medical Association (FVMA), South Florida Veterinary Medical Association (SFVMA) and Cuban Veterinary College.

Peggy Carlow, DVM

Veterinarian with an Interest in Emergency Medicine, Dermatology and Oncology

Dr Peggy Carlow graduated from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine after completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering at Tulane University.   Her passion for math and science coupled with her love of people and animals drove her to pursue a career in veterinary medicine.  Dr Carlow has more than 15 years experience in emergency medicine; enjoys gardening and spending time with her two legged and four legged children.
